You are welcomed into the Comfort Living family and are on the way to realizing your dream home. You can start visualizing with your designer after an initial payment fee of Rs 50,000
Getting to Know You
Our designers get to know you and transform your ideas into a tangible reality. Complete project schematics with the timeline is shared
Design Phase
Our dedicated team of designers and mentors work to get all the details for your home right. The final 3D design cut is shown 30 days after the initiation of design.
Production Phase
Our experts start procuring all materials for the production work to begin at the factory. Our artisans complete working and get ready for installation after 30 days.
Installation Phase
All the products are dispatched from the factory and vendors which reach your home. The installation process begins and is completed with a Quality Assurance check.
Handover
Once all the products are received and installed at the site, we conduct a site inspection just to ensure everything is up to the mark. After that, we sign a formal handover document and your fully furnished home is handed over along with warranty and service letter.
Comfort Living Promise / Maintainance
We understand that once you start living, some additional support might be required and Comfort Living with its belief in long term support will provide one free maintenance service within the first 12 months, which includes free replacement of products under warranty.
